Software Distribution Terms of Use
The Software Distribution Service is provided by INCF subject to these Terms of Use. INCF may update and change these Terms of Use from time to time and without prior notice. INCF will make an effort to make any changes known in advance to you. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account revocation.
You understand and agree that any content you upload to the INCF Software Center must be freely redistributable by INCF, and released under a license permitting redistribution free of charge. Acceptable licenses include those which fall under one or more of the following:

If you want to upload source under a license not covered by the list above, contact us at info@incf.org for consideration before uploading it.
INCF reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse, or remove any or all content that does not conform to the Terms of Use.
INCF reserves the right to enforce quotas on the Service, including (but not limited to) disk space, CPU time, and bandwidth usage.
You agree not to sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
You will use your best efforts to ensure that you abide by these Terms of Use. In the event that you fail to make such efforts and INCF or its affiliates suffers loss, you shall be liable to reimburse INCF for that loss in its entirety. This applies whether you are a project contact person or team member or otherwise.
