Purpose

<p>Support common end-user functionality for image based projects such as image guided therapy, neuroimage analysis, and image informatics. A modular C++ base supports extension in python, Tcl, or C++. <br /> <br />Built-in functionality includes linear and non-linear image registration, manual and automated segmentation, diffusion MRI analysis, and image guided therapy tools.</p>
